I Wholeheartedly Agree!
I agree with all the positive reviews here about Wilson-Maturo Motors! I too have purchased many cars (new and used) over the years, and this transaction was by far the easiest and most pleasant so far! Philip and Caroline are super nice and willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. We were looking for a reasonably priced Ford Escape for our son and Wilson-Maturo had just what we were looking for! We got a great car for a great price and Philip threw in a few bonuses that made us VERY happy customers! I highly recommend Wilson-Maturo and I am recommending them to all my friends!!!

Great Experience
Phillip and his wife were two of the best people to do business with. There's no BS, just straight up honest people with great inventory and a no nonsense approach that was fresh to see and experience. Everyone including all of the employees were great, helpful and more than willing to go the extra mile which is so hard to find nowadays. We would buy another car from Wilson in a heartbeat and I'm sure we will!

Once again outstanding customer service from Philip and the dealership. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Wilson Maturo, it needed service so I brought it in. They fixed the issue and did not charge me! He could have but stuck to his word if anything happens let him know. I can’t say enough about Philip and his team, Give them a try, you will be extremely surprised and experience a wonderful experience.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE
After one week I wanted to reflect upon my experience as a first time customer at Wilson Maturo. Phillip and Isabel had the Lexus vehicle I was searching for and they responded to my emails and calls at once. I truely enjoyed my vist to the showroom and we were quickly able to come to an agreement to purchase the vehicle, which was exactly as presented in the listing. Wilson Maturo is a professional and relaxed place to purchase or service your car. Everyone I encountered upheld this standard of excellence. There was even time to get to know each other as we shared a couple of common interests. Pickup was quick and efficient, paperwork well organized with guidance on what should go where, which is much appreciated! The few items that needed attention were taken care of and a couple of items that I had not noticed were taken care of as well......at no cost. Overall, Wilson Maturo is one of the most professional and efficient dealers I've dealt with while at the same time maintaining a relaxed environment that will make you want to come back. I know I will.

Couldn't be better!!!
As many cars as we've bought over the years (and that's MANY) this was by far the best experience we've ever had. No pressure, the car is outstanding and we've never dealt with better people than Isabella and Phil. We highly recommend anyone looking for a great, reasonably priced vehicle this IS the place to go. You can't ask for better
A couple years back I visited this dealership looking for a Lincoln. However it wasn't the right time for me the Stars weren't aligned I guess. The dealership was super friendly and I told them I would be back. Well I've returned today May 29th 2024 and I purchased a 2004 Mercury Marquis. I told him I would be back and I was. This dealership is super friendly super accommodating they are actually delivering the car to my home. Phil and Isabella definitely go out of their way to make sure you're buying experience is top notch. You're looking for a dealership you can trust visit them you won't be sorry.

Exceptional Car Buying Experience from start to finish! Selected a car from Cargurus Website Search Engine and inquired through that to the Wilson-Maturo Motors Dealer. Prompt professional response and seamlessly set an Appointment to view the car. The Dealership is evidently a long standing customer focused establishment, and they lived up to that reputation. They have wonderful reviews all over (for a reason) and there was no hesitation to purchase a vehicle from them. Their Spotless establishment has a classic automotive decor (and great espresso!-) and the entire staff are great... Philip & Isabel were an absolute pleasure to meet and do business with, in a no-pressure welcoming environment (thank you). I love shopping at Wilson’s, I just pulled out my 5th vehicle over the yrs. I always go back when I want something new. Been dealing with them for years and I have zero issues or complaints. All the vehicles I have purchased never gave me any issues and are still currently on the road. There very friendly and kind. They don’t push you to buy anything. It’s what you like and want then they will tell you all about the vehicle. I recommend anyone here. 5th car just purchased on sat. And I love it trust me, you won’t be disappoint.

I bought a used car (2010) from this dealership and everyone involved in the process was great, especially Phil and Isabel. The car ended up having a few things needing repair (not uncommon with a car of this age), and Phil and his team of mechanics were honest and took care of all issues that came up with the vehicle. Wonderful Experience
We purchased a very nice Ford for our son who had just recently lost his car in a black ice accident that he fortunately walked away from without injuries. Phil, Isabel and family were awesome! A Good Experience
I recently purchased a car from Wilson - Maturo Motors. There was no pressure, the condition was openly discussed, and the price was fare. But beyond that, after we had agreed on a price and I had put down a deposit, they offered to send someone to pick me up when I was to collect the car. I live over an hour away. As Good as it Gets!
My son and I rode into Wilson Maturo Motors with a specific car we were looking to buy. A couple things struck me immediately. The first was the premises, specifically the mini-showroom floor, the kitchen and bathroom. The antiques and attention to detail with a speedway theme told me that the owner cares about appearances and detail. Solid initial credentials when you are thinking about to buying a used car. The client-facing initial appearance is a definite plus. As I came to learn this is a family run business and Phil and his son, Dylan, were great in all respects. They have two onsite mechanics, whom have been with the family for a long time. They service the cars they sell to the local community. This business model doesn't work if you sell lemons to your neighbors. Another plus for me in deciding to purchase a car here. Having deciding to purchase the car, I paid cash. I actually liked that they didn't even mention financing options. In the past, I have been trapped in an unavoidable 30 minute financing meetings. If I needed financing I would have asked and I am sure that Phil has options along these lines. The fact that he didn't mention it made me more convinced that I made the right decision. Did I mention that they included my son and me in their lunch order for the whole shop? I got the sense that this is a daily activity, which means they take care of their people and customers. The biggest takeaway is that after leaving the shop a minor problem developed and he prioritized the repair upon my return the next day. Literally, the mechanic was waiting for me in the driveway and they had a vacated bay to bring the car right in. After facilitating the repair, they decided on their own to replace the battery too. Not because I asked, but they felt it was the right thing to do. The attributes described above is the reason this family has been successful in business for 40 years. If you are making a bet on a used car, you should give these guys an honest look, as you will find a similar experience I'm sure,. And in a world of no such thing as "sure things", this is about as close as it gets.

This was my first time buying a car off a lot by myself! I went based off their reviews to begin with and not one review could be off! This place is awesome and I would recommend to anyone for first time buying or even experienced buyers! I had lots of questions and the whole family was patient and excellent! I also ran into an issue with a tire 1500 miles into driving the car and they replace and fixed the issue as no cost to me and asap! Their prices are very reasonable for their cars ! Very friendly and customer service is awesome ! I’m very happy with my purchase and honestly have not one bad complaint ! Buy ur next car here :)

WOW.....Where to start, I've do business with many car dealers through out my life, and Wilson-Maturo Motors is by far the best experience I have ever encountered,,,These people are amazing, caring, and truly have "the customer" in mind. Im a retired business man myself, owning a lawn mower shop in Milford for over 30 years, so I know what it means to treat people the proper way to make sure you have them coming back in the future, and this is how you will feel when doing business with Wilson-Maturo....Family owned, and yes, what a nice bunch here. Best Car Dealership in Connecticut
First of all, BUY YOUR NEXT CAR HERE, Period! I would go as far as to say this is the best car dealership in New England! My family and I were on a trip and our Suburban had a major electrical problem that made it unsafe to drive so we were stranded in Connecticut. I have 5 children and our family trip had just turned into what appeared to be a nightmare. I looked for a mechanic first and I couldn’t find anyone that could repair the vehicle in a timely manner. We were all stuck at a hotel with 5 children who were dreaming of a fun vacation. I decided to try to salvage some of the trip and I got my wife and children to a local beach with food for the day for a picnic. I began my search for what to do, I looked up local car dealerships and thought by God’s grace maybe I can find a new vehicle? When I looked up Wilson and Maturo I was surprised by the amazing reviews they had, I thought to myself there must be some incentive for people to write reviews that were so positive. After searching around, I couldn’t find anywhere that didn’t have awful reviews, 2 stars at best. So, I decided to head over and see if by some miracle they could help me. I limped my suburban over on back roads because none of my signal lights were working. As soon as I got there I was welcomed and offered a cold drink because it was such a hot day. Immediately they started on a plan to get me back on the road. Anyone that knows about suburbans know they are NOT cheap. That said I got there late morning and they had a suburban there that was in AMAZING shape, they had detailed it and I couldn’t believe how great the shape was for being used. Not only did they give me an amazing price on the vehicle they didn’t try to add any additional costs at all. I always dread used cars sales because I know I’m going to be nickel and dimed. NOT THE CASE AT ALL! Phil and Isabel were amazing they went above and beyond to help me. They even took in my suburban as a trade and gave me a GREAT value for it. I worked with a local bank to get the money however, they couldn’t have it done until after the dealership would have closed. Not only did they stay open for me they allowed me to stay the afternoon while waiting on the bank and I was welcomed into their breakroom. Phil and Isabel sat with me for hours and Phil made me two espressos (which were amazing) they even offered to pick me up food. We were able to get everything completed that afternoon. I left with a beautiful suburban that was in GREAT shape. I was then able to go pick up my wife and kids and go out for a nice dinner. All thanks to Phil and Isabel we were safely back on the road and had a wonderful family trip. A+++++++ rating. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you, Phil and Isabel, for all that you did to help me and my family. I have already recommended family and friends to make the drive from NY to Connecticut for their next vehicle. God Bless!

A perfect purchase
I had been searching for an older Miata for a few weeks and picked out 3 or 4 to see. WM Motors had a beautiful 2006 GT that I liked. Phil showed it to me, answered all my questions and concerns, and promised to fix a few small items. Not only did he deliver on those promises, but he and his wife actually delivered the car to me at home in Naugatuck! Very smooth, easy and friendly experience!

Reputable dealership
I turned 16 years old in 2016, I bought my first vehicle a 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 5.3L motor from Wilson Maturo motors. I’ve been daily driving since the day I bought it. I still have it today, 7 years later and it runs like brand new, with 230,000 miles. Thank you Wilson Maturo motors, I will keep this truck forever!

I have to give credit where credits due. I am not a fan of buying cars from dealers. I work at an auction and see some bad characters . I can tell you this, I inquired about this jeep because of its appearance for age. Asked for more pictures and even the pictures showed there going out of the way and nothing to hide. I traveled an hour and was greeted like family, then let be to really go through the vehicle . There were very few things that were not a hundred percent and I was given the choice to wait until it was all set or give them a price as is and do the work myself, which as a mechanic I knew I could save more. Negotiation was not a haggle fest I put an offer and was heard about concerns and settled quickly . The process from start to finish including paper work and on sight registration was all but ten minutes. This entire experience was amazing. This is a quality business with quality owners and quality products. I would not only travel the distance again I will speak highly of them and recommend them to anyone seeking a quality used vehicle. Thank you kindly Isabel and Phil!

We drove an hour and a half to come to this location, and I would hands down drive an hour and a half more to do it again. The only problem is I don’t think I’ll need to for quite some time! We purchased a new-to-us car for an incredibly reasonable price and even traded in the car we had a loan on. I mentally prepared to haggle, bargain, and break a sweat trying to get a fair trade in value somewhere around what KBB and NADA said my old car was worth, but it was instead the first offer out of Philip’s mouth. 10 minutes of paperwork later and we were two happy customers driving away in our new car. This is not a business that’s got a local family working there. This is a family who owns a local business, and one day when I run this thing to the ground I’ll proudly support them in my next purchase. Unfortunately for them, with this new car, that won’t be in the near future. Huge thanks to Dylan, Philip, Isabel, and our friendly birthday mechanic for making this such an amazing experience. The best used car buying experience I've ever had. Real people selling good cars at reasonable prices. They're even willing to fix a few things for a smooth transaction. I had a great experience with Isabel and Philip at Wilson-Maturo. I went there to buy a vintage(ish) Porsche I had seen listed online. A big purchase, and I had been looking for the right car for a long time. I've never been fan of used-car dealerships, but these guys were great. The car was totally sorted and runs beautifully. They've been in the area for a long time and knew the whole history of the car and had all the service records going back 25 years. It's clear that they know and care about the cars they sell.

I discovered a flat tire on my car with a buried nail last night. Today I went to a chain tire place near my house and they told me they couldn’t repair it but they have a similar tire and I should buy 2 so at least the back 2 would match on my car. I said “no thanks” and brought it to Phil. Instead of trying to upsell me like the other place he repaired the tire free of charge and had me out of there in 10 minutes. Thank you Phil - once again you proved that you really care about your customers.

Their service was great. I felt like the staff looked out for my best interest and found the right car that fit me and my specific needs. It was an easy process once I chose my car and reasonable pricing. I would definately recommend Wilson Maturo Motors to anyone looking to buy a car. I left with my car the same day, they helped with all the paperwork. They did eveyrthing for me and offered me light refreshments while I waited! One of best experiences I've had in with a car dealership.

Honestly so happy we found Wilson and Maturo Motors !! They were so helpful , kind and patient. Unlike other dealerships we didn’t feel pressured or persuaded into buying a more expensive vehicle ,they understood what we were looking for and were happy to help. From the time we looked at the car untill we drove it off the lot was only about three hours ! They set everything up through dmv. I trust them fully and will definitely be back for any future vehicles

Phil and Isabel were awesome they aren’t care salesmen they are genuine people that happen to sell cars. I went here on a whim and they had the exact vehicle I was looking for with great mileage and an extremely fair price in this current market. Other dealerships had the same vehicle with 50-100k more miles for around the same price and they were beat up and had rust, the jeep my family and I got from them was clean af no rust at all. Phil even gave both of my sons hot wheels cars, he’s a good dude. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.

If you want a quality vehicle with no pressure, look no further. Phil, Isabel and Enzo (Dylan) couldn’t have been any nicer to deal with. Even the $ they gave for the trade in was incredible. If I could give Phil and Ms. Isabelle 10 stars I would. Words will never express the expectational service my uncle received while purchasing a car. My uncle went through a challenging process with getting his funds from his bank. The process was horrific. However, Phil and Ms. Isabelle were very patience and understanding with us. They also advocated on my uncle's behalf when his bank was giving him a hard time to release his money to purchase a car. The car my uncle purchased was a 2012 and I must say the car looked and is running better than most newer cars that are out today. Phil also assured him if he had any problems with his car to don't hesitate to give them a call. This family business treated us like people, not just a customer. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. If you're ever interested in purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend you go to them. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. I purchased two cars within a year from Wilson-Maturo Motors. I have never experienced such an honest and easy transaction when buying a car. An unforeseeable issue came up right after I bought my first car and Phil fixed it for me and was extremely responsive and helpful. Many places are done with you once you drive off the lot , but here, Phil and his family take pride in selling good , reliable cars and back them 1000%. All the cars they sell are in great condition and all big repairs or possible issues are handled before the car is sold. Honesty and integrity isn’t always something that are associated with a used car dealership but here at Wilson-Maturo Motors, those two qualities are the foundation of what they do.

This is long overdue, but my and my family's experience with Wilson-Maturo has been nothing less than excellent. A few weeks after buying my car in early May there was a funky noise and a light came on, I was able to bring it down very soon after calling it in and got excellent service. Everyone who works there is extremely well versed in customer service and I felt so comfortable!!! We found the source of the funky noise (bad rotar) and Phil was able to work out getting my two rear tires replaced day of! Best experience with any car related place ever. Best dealership in town!! This family business will take care of you as they took care of me once I walked through the doors. Phil and Isabel were so responsive to my questions, open to having a mechanic evaluate the car. Very Reliable, respectful and friendly staff. Cars are in good shapes. If you want to buy a reliable car, then this is the right place to go. Wilson, Isabel and his son are very welcoming people. Customers are their prime priority. I have been in several dealerships and this is the cleanest dealership that I have ever seen in town. As you may know, the presentation speaks for itself and this place it’s an example of a wonderful and magnificent presentation. Don’t look elsewhere, here is the right place!! I spent hours looking for a car and finally I got my new car. They make the process way easier than it looks like. Clean Carfax and Good quality.

If you are looking for a trustworthy used car dealership than look no further! Wilson Maturo Motors is top notch. From the moment I walked in I knew this was the place to buy a car. I spoke to Dylan inquiring about a car but it had sold, he asked me what I was interested in and sure enough there was a car for me. I went to look at it and it was exactly what I wanted. My next encounter was with Philip who immediately made me feel comfortable, he took my car to my mechanic to have it looked at which tells me he is confident in the cars he sells. Nothing to hide. He even threw in a little surprise for me. Then there is Isabel, she handled all the paperwork and DMV. She explained with detail what everything was before I signed. Oh, and I can't forget Uncle Tony who took the test drive with me. Nice man! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a car to come here, for sure! They are truly very nice people who care and want you to be happy! I love the family feeling I got from our conversations. Down to earth, kind and great people! Fantastic experience. I had been staking out for a specific model of my dream vehicle (a classic Lexus) and found a great specimen at Wilson Maturo. I've been researching these vehicles and waiting for a good one to pop up for months, so you can imagine how excited I was to see such a great prospect pop up. I wasn't disappointed. When I arrived, from start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. Beyond the vehicle being in excellent condition with a lot of maintenance already done, they went above and beyond and did new timing belt, tensioners, water pump to make sure the vehicle would be in great shape for me. Beyond that, financing was a breeze and went off with zero hitches. This kind of an experience is a cut above what I've seen elsewhere so suffice to say I was impressed. Philip, Isabel and Dylan (and don't forget the adorable Zoey the dog) were so helpful and left me feeling very satisfied and wanting of nothing. Can't recommend Wilson Maturo highly enough -- thanks so much!

Just purchased a 2001 Grand Cherokee from them and the vehicle is immaculate. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, went over the vehicle multiple times in order to guarantee it was in the best of quality as it left the showroom. Would absolutely use them again for a used vehicle EDIT- I brought my vehicle in for service to Phil and he diagnosed a fan issue which he gave me a very fair quote on. Despite underquoting me and having to order addictional parts, he still honored his original quote and went above and beyond to I was satisfied. 5 ⭐️

Phil and Isabel were so responsive to my questions, open to having a mechanic evaluate the car, took care of any repairs that were recommended (which were very few), had the car all polished up and ready for pick up!! My grandfather was a well known mechanic but ignorantly enough, I know nothing about cars. My dad has been going to Wilson-Maturos for years and recommended that I do the same. I have been getting my car serviced here for over a year at this point and I cannot speak more highly of this place. Not only do I receive the best service, I feel as though I am never being cheated out of something or taken advantage of, which is something I have certainly felt at other places. The customer service is amazing and they really make you feel cared about as opposed to solely treating it like a business deal. I am confident that I will receive excellent service upon entering every appointment. I highly recommend Wilson-Maturo to anyone who wants to work with professional, caring, and dedicated people who truly care for their customers well-being and safety!

My experience at Wilson Maturo Motors was nothing but perfect. I first dealt with Isabel who was very informative and returned my several phone calls every time. Dylan showed me the cars that fit my request to the tee. My favorite thing about Dylan was that he was present and answered every stupid silly question I had as I checked each car but he put zero pressure on me. We texted the business this Sunday at 9am with a concern we were having, just hoping to speak with someone. 12 noon, the doorbell rang, AND THE OWNER PHIL WAS AT MY DOOR!! He was truly concerned! They service all the vehicles that they sell and make sure that any issues have been resolved before they make them available to the buying public. Recently went to Wilson Maturo Motors because of a recommendation. I spoke with a gentleman Philip and explained what my husband and I were looking for. Our main concern was to stay within a budget. My absolute best experience at any dealership by far is here. We were treated like family, not as a sale. The cars we were shown were 100% in the price range we we had budgeted for. Not once did Philip try to persuade us into something of higher price. He understood the concerns of a working family and that speaks volumes in itself. We were given honest, straight forward answers. And none of the bs that you would find at a big corporation dealership. We will absolutely be back for future purchases. Maturo Motors goes above and beyond for their customers. Phil went out of his way to help me when I was at a loss of what to do with my car. He took it in diagnosed it and was completely honest about the problems it had. Not only that, he stored it and helped arrange for it to be brought elsewhere as the car was not fixable. Philip was incredibly kind and helpful when my car's battery died and I reached out shortly before his shop closed. He took the time to give my car a boost, check the batter to ensure it would work properly on a long drive home, and recommended a careful course of action when I mentioned I had to stop somewhere on my way home. I'm not in the market for a car, but if I were, I would definitely trust Philip to take the same thoughtful approach and professional to the sales as he did when I need urgent care help. I had the BEST experience with Wilson Maturo! I purchased the most beautiful Saab station wagon and I could not be more thrilled. Yes it is used, but it's in great shape, runs beautifully and they tuned everything up for me before I took it home. This was my first time buying a car, and they honestly made it so easy and enjoyable. I'm also the kind of person who doesn't write reviews (ever), but this family-owned business is amazing and I'm happy to share my experience. Our son had a specific vehicle in mind he was saving toward and it was meant to be he found exactly what he was looking for at Wilson Maturo Motors. My husband took a ride to check it out and was very impressed by this family owned dealership. Dylan was so helpful and professional and my husband put a deposit down that day. We went back with our son to make arrangements to pick up the car Saturday. Dylan answered all our questions and walked through everything in preparation of picking it up. My son and I stopped in Friday to drop off paperwork and it was a pleasure meeting Isabelle and Phil, talking with them and sharing how genuinely happy they were for our son. A very happy 16 year old drove off last Saturday in the very cool Jeep Wrangler he'd been hoping for. We can't thank Isabelle, Phil and Dylan enough for such a wonderful experience. My husband and I were looking for a reliable truck for over 3 months with low miles at a fair price. The minute we walked into this dealership, we felt so welcomed with NO pushy salesman. This dealership is family owned and listens to what you are looking for and answers all of your questions. The entire family team is VERY friendly and so knowledgeable which gave us the confidence to make our decision. We put a deposit on a truck the same day and picked it up within the week. Great place to do business with! This is a great family run dealership that was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them as they are a rare find in this business.
